Refund policy

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

Refunds/replacements are issued in the event of a manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong item.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

To request a refund or replacement for a defect, email support@teploclothing.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the defect or issue

 

Refunds 

If your refund is approved, we will send you a replacement or notify you and process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days of approval, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
